Wendy Priesnitz is an OG unschooler, author, and journalist. She forged new paths with her two daughters in the 1970's and '80s when very few were unschooling and choosing this lifestyle. She founded "Life Learning" magazine that seeks to support those choosing self-directed education as well as a deeply related magazine, "Natural Life Magazine."
